These data help determine lane continuity, intersection control, and operational characteristics that influence capacity and performance. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Turn lane data are collected through field inventories, design records, and roadway management databases and are reviewed annually as part of ITD\u2019s Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) submittal to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">These are current \"working\" records.
