This data is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) but originates from the Idaho State Tax Commission (ISTC), and is updated on an annual basis normally in March using the ISTC data.
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has made a copy of the highway districts that the Idaho State Tax Commission (ISTC) publishes. Each year it is updated based on the new layer published by the ISTC. A copy has been made to ensure no schema changes occur unexpectedly on the data.
