The ascending direction of an interstate (in relation to the geometric measures) will have an ascending direction and the descending direction of a interstate (in relation to the geometric measures) will have a descending direction.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Two-way roads carry traffic in two opposite directions, separated by a center line. Many state highways are undivided roads with no physical separation of travel. All two-way roads should have an ascending direction.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
