Description: The Idaho Transportation Department's (ITD) Roads and Highways Road Network Linear Referencing System (LRS) HPMS capacity event polyline feature class represents the estimated hourly traffic volume that a roadway segment can carry under normal operating conditions. These values are assigned using HPMS methodologies and reflect roadway characteristics such as facility type, number of lanes, terrain, and functional classification.
