snippet: This dataset contains the Roads and Highways Road Network Linear Referencing System (LRS) HPMS median event polyline feature class which provides information on the presence and type of medians for Idaho’s public roadway segments as reported through the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS). The data supports roadway design, access control, and safety analysis by identifying the physical features that separate opposing traffic flows.
