For flexible pavement structures, this includes all bound layers between the pavement surface and the top of the base course. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The dataset supports pavement performance analysis, rehabilitation planning, and structural modeling in HPMS and related asset-management systems. Data are reviewed and updated annually as part of ITD’s Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) submittal to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). </SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">These are current "working" records.
