Description: Local Highway District is a polygon feature class that delineates the boundaries of Idaho’s local highway jurisdictions for internal agency use. The local highway jurisdictions are responsible for maintaining and managing local roadways. Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) maintains and manages this feature class based on agreements between Local Highway Districts for maintenance responsibility and reporting as per the Local Road Inventory Program.
