Service Description: The Idaho Transportation Department's (ITD) Planning Freight Rail service is a collection of layers exported from ITDs Roads and Highways Road Network Linear Referencing System (LRS) that includes railroad crossings, designated routes 129k, extra length combination routes, freight system, national truck network, and weight capacity for the state of Idaho.
These layers represent the active records within the LRS. If you need all records (active and retired) or have a need for LRS functionality, please contact ITDs GIS Headquarters team at GIS-Info@itd.idaho.gov.
