The HSCA project was the first statewide</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>project in which a data</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>‐</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>driven process was used to identify statewide priorities for needs and</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>investments in one of ITD’s funding areas. The work in the HSCA project was guided by a</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) that included the District Planner and District Traffic Engineer</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>from each of ITD’s six districts, a representative from the Local Highway Technical Assistance</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Council as well as representatives from ITD headquarters.</SPAN></SPAN></P><DIV><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV>
